This lovely newly refurbished home is located on the shores of Lough Derg and less than a five minute drive to the town of Killaloe in Co Clare.The Lake Lodge is a lovely bright, fresh home with very comfortable furnishings so you can really sit back and relax during your stay. It is a bungalow, so all rooms are on the same level. Although not adapted for wheelchair users, if needed, a wheelchair would be able to access all areas of the house. The living area is all open plan and encompasses the kitchen, dining and sitting room areas. The kitchen has everything you will need during your stay including dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. There are a couple of seats at the counter which doubles as a breakfast bar. The dining area has seating for six people and offers wonderful views to the lake beyond. The sitting room is warm, inviting and cosy and has both TV and a welcoming wood burning stove (wood will be supplied for you). There are three bedrooms – one twin room and two king sized bedrooms.
