The villa is part of an area of 5,5 Acres. It is constructed in 2000 and fully renovated in 2009. All outside areas are attuned with the natural environment and fully equipped with all the necessary infrastructure ( BBQ, dining areas, lounge areas, pool locker rooms, private tennis court, chapel etc), that will turn your stay into a fantastic-memorable vacation period. The nearest beach is only 200 meters away..

There is main building of 250 sq.meters ( 2700 sq.feet.) and 5 separate autonomous guest houses around this building.

The main building consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (the bathroom inside the master bedroom has a Jacuzzi).
